Yoga to Mandisa is an art where she can fully express her passion and her thoughts both on and off the mat. She believes in the saying ‘practice what you teach’ and does exactly that each time.
You will be mentally challenged and taken into an adventure of the self and into the unknown. Her classes involve sequences that focus on a total body workout, whilst allowing you to have fun. Mandisa’s classes will give you the best of both worlds, a good physical work out and a good mental workout, allowing you to zone out completely whilst being lost in the moment.
Her philosophy in teaching is to help people connect a little more with themselves and others. Breathe. Move. Connect. She completed her 200 HRTT in 2014.
