Although ashtanga trained, Olivia enjoys the fun and playful environment that vinyasa style allows for, however her ashtanga training definitely influences her vinyasa teaching style. Olivia places emphasis on correct alignment through micro-adjustments, as well as focus on breath. Her philosophy is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga is for anyone and everyone and the inclusivity is one of the most beautiful aspects of the practice. Yoga is meant to be a combination of challenging and fun, the latter being the most important.

Olivia completed her Ashtanga yoga teacher training in India and teaches vinyasa and yin/restorative styles of yoga.
