I started my yoga journey about 6 years ago.  I practiced bikram, vinyasa and hot vinyasa, each style tranforming my mind,  body and spirit into a better version of myself. I remained curious,  continuing my journey of self-discovery and self-realization.  Each and every class I would learn a little but more about myself, taking what I learned and applying it outside the studio.  My yoga practice has changed my life in so many ways that I wanted to be able to share that knowledge, share the gift, share the amazing experience of yoga with the world.

I encourage yogis to feel more but think less, to breathe and continuously check in with their egos, and to move in a way that feels good for their bodies. We all have to start our journey somewhere so I create dynamic flow sequences that accommodate all levels.
